5.2. Red light camera systems may be used on the following public highways:

(1)  in the territory of Ville de Laval (65005):

(a)  at the intersection of route 117, named boulevard Curé-Labelle, and boulevard Dagenais Ouest to monitor compliance with stops at red lights on route 117, on the northbound lane;

(b)  at the intersection of boulevard de la Concorde Ouest and 12e Avenue to monitor compliance with stops at red lights on boulevard de la Concorde Ouest on the northeastbound lane;

(c)  at the intersection of boulevard des Laurentides, boulevard Dagenais Ouest and boulevard Dagenais Est to monitor compliance with stops at red lights on boulevard des Laurentides, on the southeastbound lane;

(2)  in the territory of Ville de Lévis (25213), at the intersection of route 173, named route du Président-Kennedy, boulevard Wilfrid-Carrier and rue Louis-H.-La Fontaine to monitor compliance with stops at red lights on route 173 on the southeastbound lane;

(3)  in the territory of Ville de Longueuil (58227), at the intersection of route 112, named boulevard Cousineau, and boulevard Gaétan-Boucher to monitor compliance with stops at red lights on route 112 on the southeastbound lane;

(4)  in the territory of Ville de Montréal (66023):

(a)  at the intersection of boulevard Décarie on the northwestbound lane and rue Paré to monitor compliance with stops at red lights on boulevard Décarie on the northwestbound lane;

(b)  at the intersection of rue Sainte-Catherine Est and rue D’Iberville to monitor compliance with stops at red lights on rue Sainte-Catherine Est;

(c)  (subparagraph revoked);

(5)  in the territory of Ville de Saint-Constant (67035), at the intersection of route 132 and boulevard Monchamp to monitor compliance with stops at red lights on route 132 on the southeastbound lane;

(6)  in the territory of Ville de Thetford Mines (31084), at the intersection of route 112, named boulevard Frontenac Est, and boulevard Ouellet to monitor compliance with stops at red lights on route 112 on the northeastbound lane.
